Return Policy

(Effective as of September 1, 2025)

  1. Timing of Return: Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of the original date of purchase. 

  2. Condition of Items: Items being returned include original packaging and/or match receipt in customer’s profile. 

  3. Evidence of Purchase Required: If a customer has a profile with Ponderosa showing the purchase history of the item being returned, a receipt is not required. If customer purchase history is not available, a physical receipt is required.

  4. Refund, Exchange or Store Credit: For same day returns, a full cash refund is available. After the original purchase date, a returned product may be exchanged for the same product (or like-kind product if the same product is unavailable), or a store credit. If the new item is priced higher than the returned item, the customer will be responsible for any additional funds due; if the new item is less than the returned item, the customer will receive a store credit for the difference or may use the difference towards purchase of an additional item at the time of return.

  5. Reason for Return; Exclusions: Returns are designed primarily to address defective products. Flower products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is clear visible defection, and 75% or more of the product is returned. No product of any kind may be returned due to customers not liking the taste, smell or effect.

  6. Additional Conditions: Managers have the discretion to accept or reject returns based on the specifics facts of the situation.
