Pondy Madness Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Pondy Madness Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pitchfork Partners LLC, located at X address (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pitchfork Partners LLC, participating dispensaries, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 14, 2025 at 12:00 AM MST and ends on April 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM MST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for each in-store transaction totaling $75 or more (pre-tax) at any participating Ponderosa Dispensary location.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without a purchase, mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address to:

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

5. Prizes

Winners will be selected at random to receive one of the following prizes::

Nintendo Switch gaming consoles

Premium concentrate rigs

Ponderosa branded coolers

Free edibles for a year (1/month for 12 months)

Product bundles

Exclusive Pondy Madness merchandise

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $5,000+. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except by the Sponsor. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected via random drawing on or around April 29, 2025. Winners will be notified via phone or email provided at time of entry. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize or another winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability waiver, and a publicity release (where legal).

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes your consent to the Sponsor’s use of your name, likeness, voice, and entry information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, incorrect or inaccurate information, or failed communications.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Pitchfork Partners LLC, participating dispensaries, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and only for administering this promotion.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, the participant agrees that all disputes shall be resolved under Arizona law and exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
